India runs on sugar.
It's costing us everything.
We started SUPRHEALTHY because the country that loves sweetness most has the fewest honest ways to enjoy it. So we set out to build one.
Sugar isn't the villain. Having no real alternative is.
Sweetness is woven into how India lives — chai in the morning, mithai at every celebration, a spoon of sugar in almost everything in between. Asking people to simply give that up has never worked, and it never will.
The honest problem isn't that we love sugar. It's that every alternative on the shelf asks you to give something up — the taste, the safety, or the peace of mind. For a country this size, with a health challenge this serious, that gap shouldn't exist.
We tried everything on the shelf first.
Before making anything, we lived with the alternatives — the way anyone managing their sugar has to. Each one fell short in its own way.
Stevia
Natural, but- Bitter, lingering aftertaste
- Changes the taste of chai and coffee
- Hard to bake or cook with cleanly
Artificial sweeteners
Zero calorie, but- Chemically processed
- Ongoing questions about daily safety
- Unmistakably artificial taste
Monk fruit
The one that delivered- Naturally sweet, zero calories
- No bitterness, no aftertaste
- No impact on blood sugar
The cleanest sweetness nature makes.
Monk fruit has been used in Asia for centuries. Its sweetness doesn't come from sugar at all — it comes from natural compounds the body simply doesn't process as sugar. Zero calories. No spike. No crash.
And unlike everything else we'd tried, it actually tastes like sweetness should — clean, rounded, with nothing left behind on the tongue. It was the one alternative we stopped apologising for.
A few things we refuse to compromise on.
SUPRHEALTHY exists to make the clean choice the easy choice. These are the rules we build every product against.
One clean ingredient
No fillers, no synthetic additives, no hidden chemistry. If it doesn't need to be in the bottle, it isn't.
Taste is non-negotiable
A healthy swap nobody enjoys is a swap nobody keeps. If it doesn't taste right, we don't ship it.
Honest about the science
Real sources, real claims, real testing. We'd rather say less and mean it than overpromise.
Built for the Indian kitchen
Chai, mithai, everyday cooking — designed to fit how India actually eats, not a Western pantry.
"I didn't set out to start a sweetener company. I set out to solve a problem I couldn't unsee — that in the diabetes capital of the world, we'd made peace with alternatives none of us actually liked. Better Sweet is the swap I wanted to exist. So we made it."
